牛頭牌咖哩沙茶醬-香氣、美味雙享受的優質醬料

這一兩個禮拜,氣溫下降很多,有冷颼颼冬天的感覺

晚上在上網閒逛的時候,看到民視娘家在煮咖哩火鍋這一幕

除了想起咖哩沙茶的美味,還有熱騰騰的火鍋,隔天馬上衝去買材料

在決定要吃火鍋以後,全家人都相當的開心,每個人都選了自己喜歡吃的食材

記得小時候每次吃火鍋的時候,家裡都會買牛頭牌的沙茶醬

除了可以當湯底之外,還可以拿來當沾醬(可以在加蔥花/大蒜/醬油,味道更棒)

所以這次要煮咖哩火鍋,當然還是選擇牛頭牌的咖哩炒醬

除了咖哩炒醬之外,高湯也是用牛頭牌的原味高湯

牛頭牌的原味高湯不必加油添醋,味道我們還蠻喜歡的

在開始準備湯底之前,先把買好的配料清理乾淨,並擺盤放好

同時把牛頭牌咖哩炒醬打開,一打開就聞到咖哩的香氣

稍微吃了一小口,發現除了咖哩跟沙茶的味道之外,還帶點鮮甜的口感

這次咖哩火鍋的湯底是照著”牛頭牌三二一黃金比例”煮成的

STEP1:先將3匙咖哩炒醬放到鍋子

STEP2:加入兩碗清水,水的多寡是影響咖哩炒醬的濃度,也可以自行調整

STEP3:加入一罐牛頭牌原味高湯,可以把咖哩炒醬的味道突顯出來

完成三步驟之後,把預先準備好的火鍋料放到鍋子裡面

在等待食材煮熟的同時,除了繼續備料之外,順便再加入一些食材

一邊在煮火鍋的時候,一邊就聞到香濃的咖哩味,不禁讓人食指大動

等到幾分鐘之後,一鍋色香味俱全的的咖哩火鍋就完成了~

沒想到吃起來除了咖哩的味道香濃,每樣食材都相當好吃

湯頭喝起來鮮甜可口,小小熊吃的相當開心,還比平常多吃了好幾碗

這次用牛頭牌咖哩炒醬跟原味高湯煮成的咖哩火鍋,不僅色香味俱全
